We do not sell your personal information or use it to train AI models.

You do not need an account to book or contact us. We collect your name, email, phone number, and the details you provide, including any band or artist name, setup notes, inquiry, workshop registration, song files, or optional résumé.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, manage your booking, contact you about your session, and arrange billing. Relevant details are shared with Google for emails, calendar events, and attendance records, and with Wave for estimates, invoices, and payments. We also use OpenAI to help draft replies to inquiries, which studio staff review before sending. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Concierge.

Workshop song and lyric uploads are automatically deleted after three months. We keep booking and billing information for studio operations and recordkeeping. To request access, corrections, or deletion of your information, email [email protected]. Some billing records may need to be retained for recordkeeping.
